My approach

“I take a holistic approach to healing by looking at Mind, Body, and Soul and starting where you are. I help you heal by helping you build a better relationship with the self, learning to listen to your body, appreciating your strengths, and developing a better insight into healthy coping for long-lasting healing. I am solution-focused, compassionate, and client-centered; I utilize mindfulness and positive psychology to build your confidence and sense of empowerment so that you can make the changes in your life that you are seeking”.
